Every bag is produced end to end in our own facility. Jute fabric is sourced from selected mills and processed on site, where dyeing, lamination, screen and digital printing, sewing, and hardware attachment all run on the same production line. No second-stage subcontracting is involved.
Sample lead time is 7 to 10 days. Bulk production takes 20 to 35 days. Jute orders can be loaded in the same container as our canvas, Tyvek, and washable paper bag lines, which suits buyers running multi-SKU campaigns or seasonal launches.

Printing
We offer silk screen with water-based ink for solid logos, heat transfer for multi-color designs, and CMYK digital printing on laminated jute for photographic artwork. We also provide UV printing for raised effects, foil stamping and embossing for premium branding, and machine embroidery for textile labels and crest logos.
Construction
Our construction options include reinforced bases, box X stitching on handles, bound seams, side and bottom gussets, inner pockets with zipper or magnetic closures, divider panels, woven labels, and hangtags.
Color & Finishing
We supply natural jute, bleached white, solid colors dyed to Pantone references, two-tone fabric panels, jute with contrasting cotton or canvas panels, and matte or glossy lamination.
Production runs through cutting, printing, sewing, hardware attachment, and packing in our own facility. Inline QC checks happen at three stages: after cutting, after sewing, and before packing. Final inspection follows the AQL 2.5 standard.
