Along the way, we’ve noticed that many clients tend to have similar questions before working with us—about our products, the customization process, sampling, lead times, logistics, and quality.

To help you find what you’re looking for more quickly, we’ve gathered the questions our customers ask most often, covering everything from minimum order quantities and pricing to packaging and shipping. We’re a factory founded in 2008, with solid experience in both manufacturing and export, and we’ve maintained a steady, reliable supply over the years.
Of course! We offer ODM and OEM services, and we can tailor the size, material, color, and structure to your design—logo printing included. Whenever possible, please send your logo in a vector format (AI, PDF, or EPS), so we can keep the print sharp and the colors true to your brand.
Absolutely. We’re happy to offer free in-stock samples—you’d only need to cover the shipping. You’re welcome to use your own courier account, or we can arrange the shipping for you. Once you place a formal order and reach the agreed quantity, we’ll deduct the sample shipping cost from your order.
If you’d like a custom sample (with your logo, adjusted sizes, or a revised design), we can make that too. A sampling fee usually applies, and it can be credited toward your order once you place a formal order that reaches a certain quantity. Custom samples typically take 5–10 days.
For the best shipping and cost efficiency, we’d suggest a minimum of 500 pieces. That said, the exact MOQ can vary depending on the style, material, craftsmanship, and customization—so feel free to share your needs and we’ll confirm the details with you.
Pricing comes down to a few factors, like material, style, and size. Just let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll put together a detailed quote and do our best to find a cost solution that works for you.
We accept T/T (bank transfer) and L/C (letter of credit). Usually, we ask for a 40% deposit to get production started, with the balance settled before shipment.
In-stock samples can be ready within a day, while custom samples take around 5–10 days. For bulk production, it usually takes 15–40 days once the sample is confirmed.
For small orders or samples, we typically ship via international couriers like FedEx, UPS, or DHL—they’re fast and offer door-to-door delivery. For larger orders, you can choose sea, air, or rail freight depending on what works best for you. We’re also happy to help arrange door-to-door service, including customs clearance assistance and delivery to your destination—the specific costs and responsibilities can be confirmed when we quote, so receiving your goods is as hassle-free as possible.
We build quality control into every step, from sourcing raw materials to shipping the finished goods. Each stage has strict inspections in place, so the products you receive match the approved sample and agreed standards.
We keep all design files, product information, and business details you share with us strictly confidential, and we won’t disclose them to any third party without your permission. If you’d like, we’re also glad to sign an NDA.
We offer a wide range of materials and weights, including canvas, organic cotton canvas, cotton, polyester, Oxford fabric, nylon, denim, twill, corduroy, PU leather, microfiber leather, Tyvek, washed kraft paper, non-woven fabric, and more—pretty much all the common bag fabrics out there. If you’re after a special material or eco-certified options, just let us know, and we’ll recommend the right solution based on your product’s use and budget.
We support a variety of techniques, including screen printing, heat transfer, digital printing, embroidery, and hot stamping. We can color-match to your Pantone references and confirm the color result during the sampling stage, so your logo stays true to your brand standards.
Yes. Beyond adjusting the size, color, and printing on existing styles, we also offer full custom work based entirely on your own design and pattern. Accessories like handles, inner pockets, zippers, and magnetic snaps can all be customized and combined to suit your needs.
Yes. In addition to the standard FOB / EXW quotes, we can also offer CIF or DDP (delivered duty paid) quotes based on the destination country and your order details, so it’s easier to work out your total purchasing cost. Shipping, duties, and destination delivery fees are calculated based on the destination country, shipping method, order volume, and product HS Code, and we’ll spell them out clearly in the quote to avoid any unnecessary surprises down the line.
Yes. We keep your order details, patterns, and production records on file, so for reorders we follow the same material, sizing, craftsmanship, printing, and color standards confirmed in the previous batch—keeping consistency between batches as close as possible.
We carry out strict quality inspections before shipment, and we can provide inspection reports on request, as well as support third-party inspections (such as SGS or BV). In the unlikely event of a quality issue or shipping damage, please send us photos or a video soon after you receive the goods, and we’ll sort it out properly—whether through a reshipment, a refund, or a credit toward your next order, depending on the situation.
Standard packaging is usually one OPP bag per item, then packed into 5-ply corrugated export cartons. If you’d prefer eco-friendly packaging—such as biodegradable bags, paper sleeves, or plastic-free options—just let us know and we can customize it. And if you’re getting your products retail-ready, we also offer custom packaging, hangtags, labels, and barcodes to help them go straight onto the shelves.
